A conflict is between 2 forces. In the book gone there are several conflicts. One example is struggle between 2 forces. One example is bullies are mean to the townies. This is an example of character vs society. Which makes it an External conflict. I can predict that this will resolved when they get in a fight when bullies get there powers. Another possible conflict that could happen in this book is all the leaders will attack other people. This would make the book interesting because all leaders will become bad and make others do whatever they want.

Another possible way is he might learn how to control his powers.  Another possible conflict that could happen is Sam might disappear or he might kill someone else. This would make the story interesting because Sam is the main character and if he disappeared it’d really make you think.  If he killed someone else that’d be messed up.
